Sculpt Pilates
 

Sculpt Pilates is a class focussing on sculpting your body, creating long lean muscle mass and improved core strength and posture.  The class will push you using foundational pilates techniques.  

 

All Fitness Levels are welcome (instructors can give alternate options to movements if you have any injuries or are still building up your strength and fitness. The class is for you and you can determine how you are feeling on the day.)

Stretch & Release
 

Strech class is exactly as the name suggests, it's setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles. When we exercise sometimes we tend to neglect recovery which gives our body a chance to recharge and be better prepared for more physical activity. Stretching gives many benefits to the body, it can decrease your risk of injury, help your joints move through their full range of motion, increase muscle blood flow, it will also improve your flexibility.

Power Yoga
 

Power Yoga is a dynamic and energetic form of Yoga, focussed on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through modern and traditional yoga sequences.  It's a fast paced, fitness centric style that emphasises a strong connection between breath and movement.

Restorative Yin Yoga
 

Restorative Yin is entirely made up of poses done close to the ground, like seated forward folds, hip openers, supine twists, and supported backbends. There is no flow, vinyasa, or standing postures. All poses are held for 3-5 minutes per side and are taught with a variety of props to support the weight of the body.

Myofascial Release
 

Release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery using slow, targeted techniques with massage balls and bodyweight pressure.  This calm, guided class helps ease tight muscles, improve circulation, and reset your body.  Suitable for all levels and ideal for anyone feeling stiff, sore or stressed.

Strength & Mobility
 

A strength and mobility class combines exercises designed to improve both muscle strength and joint range of motion. These classes focus on building strength while also enhancing flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. This approach aims to create a well-rounded and functional fitness routine that supports both athletic performance and everyday activities.  There is a strong focus on correcting form, ensuring you are getting the most out of your workout without risk of injury.

A strength focused class built around functional movement and precise execution.  Prioritising technique, control, and intentional loading to build durable athletic strength. Every Rep has a purpose.​

Vinyasa Yoga
 

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement.  Classes are fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath.  Vinyasa Flow classes do not have a set sequence or a certain amount or type of poses to get through. No two classes are ever the same, and often the sequences are creative and playful. ​

Power Up Pilates
 

Power Up Pilates is our signature class that combines pilates principles with a cardio workout. The class is upbeat and fast-paced, it offers one of the best workouts to tone, trim and burn.  This type of training keeps your heart rate up with intense bursts of exercise.  If music helps motivate you when working out then this class is the one for you, with all sequences set to the beat of the music.  Come prepared to sweat!  It's a whole lot of FUN!

Gentle Pilates
 

Gentle Pilates is a workout that combines pilates and mind body balance into one fun and dynamic workout. There is a strong focus on pilates technique so if that's something you would like to improve then this is a great class. Whilst it's less intense than our Sculpt class you can be rest assured you'll get a great workout in with each movement flowing easily into the next. You will leave feeling lighter, taller, and stronger with an overall energised feeling!

Breath, Yin & Sound
 

Slow down, soften, and reconnect in this deeply restorative one-hour experience combining intentional breathwork, long-held yin postures, and immersive sound healing.

We’ll begin with guided breathwork to calm the nervous system, clear mental clutter, and bring awareness inward. From there, you’ll settle into gentle yin poses designed to release tension in the fascia, hips, spine, and shoulders—areas where stress often lingers. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet.

As you rest, soothing sound vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes will wash over you, supporting deeper relaxation and energetic balance.

This class is slow, grounding, and accessible to all levels. Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, tight, fatigued, or simply in need of intentional stillness.

A combination of boxing techniques and conditioning. Expect coaching on stance, guard, and punch, alongside fast-paced cardio work.  Designed to sharpen skills, elevate fitness, and leave you feeling strong and switched on.​

A blend of strength & cardio in a dynamic, station-based format designed to challenge the whole body.  Rotating through purposeful work stations, you'll lift heavy, move fast and push your engine.  Move with purpose and leave drenched.

Let's Run
 

Whether you’re chasing a new pace, building endurance, or just looking for a fun way to stay active, our Run Club has you covered. Each session includes a guided warm-up, coached running intervals or distance work, and a cool-down to support recovery. Suitable for all fitness levels—runners can go at their own pace with the encouragement of a supportive group. Build stamina, improve technique, and enjoy the motivation of moving together in the fresh air.
